Last Sunday, the Bamboo Garden Restaurant in Neepawa reopened under new management. Vanessa Dieng and her husband Jason have operated a restaurant in Grandview for the last four years. Jason will continue to operate that restaurant.
The revamped menu contains a variety of dishes, but Dieng says that the ginger beef, sesame chicken and crab rangoon are very popular. The restaurant will be open seven days a week: from 11 am to 8 p.m. Monday to Saturday and from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday. They will offer an eight item lunch smorg Monday to Friday and a 12 item supper smorg on the weekend. Dieng says that the back meeting room is available and they are on the waiting list to have the VLTs reinstalled.
Dieng said that MTS comes to reconnect their service, customers can call her cell at 204-894-8329;
