Yvonne Ross has enjoyed playing Scratch 鈥楴 Win Blackjack for a while. But that doesn鈥檛 mean she wasn鈥檛 surprised when she won $21,000 on the lottery game.
Ross recently purchased her winning ticket at Neepawa鈥檚 Giant Tiger, located at 300 Mountain Avenue. Ross said that when she arrived home and scratched the ticket, she immediately rushed back out just to ensure that it really was a winner.
鈥淚 scratched the ticket over my kitchen sink,鈥� Ross said. 鈥淚 basically just turned around and went back to the store to make sure I wasn鈥檛 just seeing things.鈥�
So far, the surprised winner has noted that there is only one thing she has in mind for what she鈥檒l spend her winnings on.
鈥淚鈥檓 going to buy a new car,鈥� Ross said happily.
