Ghosts and ghouls will come out early to haunt the streets on Oct. 31 for Neepawa鈥檚 second annual Halloween Trick Or Treat Parade.
From 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., preschool aged children are invited to safely go trick-or-treating on Mountain Avenue at participating businesses, starting from the Neepawa Town Office.
Lists of all participating businesses will be handed out.
