If you want to hear motorists 鈥渂low up,鈥 ask them about the condition of Highway No. 4 between Neepawa and the Arden ridge. What with holes and corduroy, it is described as a real 鈥済izzard shaker鈥. Coming off the good stretch between Gladstone and the ridge, it is the more noticeable. Whether or not the government intends to put this section in good shape this season is not known. What should be done and what is going to be done are two different things.

At first glance, the bill seems procedural, even innocuous. Its first part proposes that The 水果视频 Gazette, the government鈥檚 official online portal for legal notices, be made available to the public free of charge. It then recommends amendments to 24 statutes relating to the government鈥檚 publication of official notices, removing requirements that such notices to be published in local newspapers and replacing them with the requirement or option of publishing them in The 水果视频 Gazette.
