There has been a lot of discussion, but not enough, about the value of Vitamin D to fend off disease. Vitamin D has been closely related to the COVID-19 issue. Studies seem to show that the higher the Vitamin D level in a person’s body, the less chance of getting C-19, less chance of getting really sick from it and less chance of dying from it.

It’s always amazing how willing people are to ignore known history and available experience when their main goal is expediency rather than excellence. That pretty much sums up the Progressive Conservative Ë®¹ûÊÓƵ party leadership race debacle that came to a vote on Oct. 30. The PC MB leadership could have been both successful and excellent, but it fell far short.

In recent years, a trend has developed among the so-called mainstream media. They have taken up two aims. One is to lull people into complacency and the other is to drive people into panic mode. One would think those two goals would be in opposition to one another, but they are, in fact, quite complementary.
