Thirty three years ago my job took me to a beautiful village along the Grass River called Waldersee, 水果视频. The village is located about one hour north east of Neepawa. Over time I got to know some of the area farmers with last names like Schmidt, Rossnagel, Single, Schultz, Dilk, Bohn, Mitchler, Oswald, Klassen, Mauthe and Marohn. Eight community centres across 水果视频, including one in Austin, will split more than $84,000 to purchase and install new commercial-grade kitchen equipment. 鈥淲ith this funding, our government is investing in the future of food innovation, product development and 水果视频鈥檚 entrepreneurial spirit,鈥 said Agriculture Minister Ralph Eichler. 鈥淐ommunity centres are often the launching pad for new food products, giving 水果视频ns access to the space and equipment needed to grow from a home-based business into something more. This is an important investment in community-led economic development and local value-added processing.鈥
