A widespread storm across western 水果视频 overnight has left its mark on Neepawa. Several large trees across town have been damaged from the wind gust. So far, there have been no reports of significant damage to homes, vehicles or personal property.

Glenella 4-H Beef Club member Lainie Muir won first place in the Junior One Person Visual category at the 2015 Provincial 4-H Communications Extravaganza, held April 18 in Brandon. Muir鈥檚 presentation was called 鈥淎ll Aboard鈥� and was about the Canadian passenger train, Via Rail.

Elementary school teachers focus on math

Students and their teachers at Rivers Elementary School drew closer to the end of their school year in April with an in-service day. Teachers gathered to talk about priorities for the 2015-16 year which include excellence in education with a focus on mathematics and student self-assessment, continuing with healthy living and community partnerships.
