It was easy to walk the dogs in the winter. Strong guidelines kept us safe. No walking if the temp was a solid -22掳C, and never if the wind chill made it feel like -30掳C. We didn鈥檛 miss many days.

The news out this past week that 水果视频鈥檚 credit rating has slipped should be an additional warning to our government that spending is out of control. PC 水果视频 leader Brian Pallister has been saying for months, if not years, that the 水果视频 NDP don鈥檛 have an income problem, they have a spending problem.
